Yes, you can define your own time-slots and also you can book more then one patient per time-slot. Also please note, this is not possible on-the-fly but need to be done via settings at server.
Each Appointment is divided in to following slots for calculation:
- Half-hourly appointments by consultants (Ex. 12:00 PM , 12:30PM)
- Quarter-hourly appointments by consultants. (Ex. 12:15 PM , 12:45PM).
Addition of above two appointments will decide maximum hourly appointments by a consultant.
In above Image, for consultant - D1,
- Half-hourly appointments (e.g. starting at 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM) are 1, so total is 1+1=2.
- Quarter-hourly appointments (e.g. Starting at 12:15 PM and 12:45 PM) are 1, so total 1+1=2.
- Maximum hourly appointment for consultant will be 2 +2 = 4 time-slots
