A normal process looks as in Fig 1. In case we want to forego this process altogether or to avoid that process data appearing on reports, we need to deactivate that particular process. Deactivation done by hitting on the x button on righthand top of process as highlighted in Fig 1.
A deactivated process is identified by the process name having a crossed line running across it. Fig 2 is illustrates deactivated process.
To activate a deactivated process, hit on the x button on righthand top of process as highlighted in Fig 1.
