Following are pre-requisites to automatically mark surgery details at event and token levels.
While saving Operation Notes (SOAP Template), entered data should contain following 3 fields...
- Date Of Operation (Either dd/MM/yyyy or dd/MMM/yyyy format)
- Operated Eye ("Right Eye" or "Left Eye" or "Both Eyes")
- Operation Done (Any text goes here)
If these conditions are met while saving SOAP note, it will automatically create an Event for that particular surgery with event title e.g. "Right Eye Surgery Here".
If the event already exists, it will get updated with relevant information.
At token level, whenever this event exist for the same date as token, it will highlight that particular eye with arrow mark in token.
